Shipping:

All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or Express mail as requested on order within 72 hrs of order placement. If the item purchased is out of stock we will inform you within 48 hrs. Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated as follows:

USPS Priority Mail (5-7 business days)
$6.00 for orders of $0 - $199.99. Orders over $200 ship out free of charge.
USPS Express Mail (2-4 business days)
$17.50 for orders of $0 - $199.99. Orders over $200 is $10 for this shipping method.

Privacy Policy:

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. All orders on this site are secure.

Return Policy:

As our products are made by hand, slight variations may occur. All returns must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of merchandise and needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions: Returns are only accepted on defective goods; on the condition that items have not been worn, altered, or washed. Items must have all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise credit will be issued upon approval, for the purchase price only; shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse credit if the item does not meet the above criteria. We do our best to ensure your order is packaged and shipped safely; we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Please note that anything bought on sale is final and may not be returned.

If you purchased your items from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from one of our retail partners.
